How do I get a HAR file?
For a site you can test: open browser Developer Tools → Network, perform the actions you want to check, then export a HAR. Exports may omit sensitive headers or request bodies. Only analyze traffic you're authorized to inspect.
PCAPdroid can also export visible HTTP requests as HAR. Encrypted or omitted payloads remain unknown.
